How far in advance do I need to buy Advance Online Tickets?

Advance Online Tickets must be purchased at least the day before you wish to visit, they are available up until midnight the day before you wish to visit, as long as they are not sold out.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a Walby Farm Park DigiTicket containing a barcode and Booking Reference Number. Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this with you together with some ID.

Simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and bring this with you to Reception.

How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed a Walby Farm Park DigiTicket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. If you do not have a printer you may make a note of this number and take it with you when you visit Walby Farm Park. We strongly recommend printing out the email, as the barcode will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

Do I have to come on the date I booked the ticket for?

The ticket you purchased may be for a specific date of entry and entrance price, particularly if it is for a Special Event.   If you try to use the ticket on another day which has a higher daily admission charge, the ticket will not be valid and to gain entry you will have to pay the additional cost to meet the full daily entry charge. If you try and use the ticket you have purchased on a date which attracts a lower daily entrance rate, there is no refund given.

What time should I arrive?

Walby Farm Park opens at 10am and closes at 6pm (last entry at 4pm). Your ticket entitles you to a full day at Walby Farm Park and we invite you to arrive and leave at your convenience. You can view our Daily Farm Activities and Events at www.walbyfarmpark.co.uk.

Is Car Parking available?

There is free car parking at Walby Farm Park.

Can I make group bookings?

You need to make a group booking at least two weeks prior to the visit date and pay a non-refundable deposit. For more details visit www.walbyfarmpark.co.uk  or call 01228 573056. Your Walby Farm Park DigiTicket is not valid against Group Booking admissions.

Can I use my Walby Farm Park DigiTicket for a birthday party admissions?

No. A Walby Farm Park DigiTicket is not valid in conjunction with a birthday party booking.

Can I use my Walby Farm Park DigiTicket with other offers and promotions?

No. A Walby Farm Park DigiTicket is not valid in conjunction with any other special offer, voucher or promotion.

Is there wheelchair access?

Some of the ground around Walby Farm Park is uneven but may be accessed by wheelchair with care, depending on the weather and ground conditions.

Can I purchase a ticket/additional tickets at Walby Farm Park on the day?

Yes. You can purchase additional tickets on the day at the daily admission charge.

Can I get my money back if I am unable to come on the date I booked?

There are no refunds on Walby Farm Park DigiTickets. However if you are unable to come on the date booked and wish to re-book for another date please contact our Welcome Team on 01228 573056.

What facilities do you offer?

• Toilets with disabled access and baby changing facilities.
• You can purchase food and drink at Walby Farm Park in our Curly Tails Café and at Piglets Pantry, open 10am until 5pm (last orders for hot food 4.45pm).
• Picnic benches are available around Walby Farm Park.
• There are Hand Washing locations around Walby Farm Park for washing hands following contact with animals and before eating and drinking.
• You should contact a member of our Team in the case of requiring First Aid.
• There is a Gift Shop at the exit of Walby Farm Park.

Can I buy multi entry tickets in the same booking for use on different days?

No. The Booking Reference applies to one entry for all tickets shown under that reference – you cannot split up the tickets to use on different days. To do this you will need to do separate bookings for the different entry days. We do not charge a booking fee so there is no additional cost to do this.
